Product Licensing

The access to the software is managed by a cloud-based licensing solution. Tower Numerics uses concurrent licensing. The software can be installed on multiple machines, and the concurrency is controlled by a cloud license server. Multiple program instances running on the same machine consume a single license.

The software may be run in two modes: connected and detached. In the connected mode Internet access is required for the program to operate. In the detached mode the software uses a local license and no Internet connectivity is required. Switching between different modes is instantaneous, without a need to restart the program.
